1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Book Producers, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Ownership of Work

Upon final payment for any writing or design project, all intellectual property rights for the specific deliverables are transferred to the client. Book Producers retains no rights to royalties or authorship credit unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Projects require a deposit to commence work. Subsequent payments are made according to the milestone schedule outlined in your specific service agreement.
